Fourth of July is a special event every year at the Depot Hotel Restaurant.   As many of you know, we are one of the few restaurants in town lucky enough to have the Fireworks go off in the air right above our Garden…

The Chef and staff celebrate our Nations Birthday by putting on a huge Fourth of July buffet dinner.  Many of our long-time guests book their favorite table and join us to enjoy the food, the wine, and the warm summer air as they watch the show our Volunteer Firefighters present.  Here is the schedule and menu for this year...

THE SCHEDULE

7:00      Arrival for wine service at your table

7:00      Focaccia and Oyster Bar is open on the new Pergola

7:30      The Fourth of July Dinner Buffet is open 

9:00      Dessert and coffee service at your table

9:30      Fireworks! (approximately)

You will have your own waiter to provide wine service and to take care of all your wishes at table-side.  We do recommend arrival at 7:00 pm so that you can enjoy wine service and the Focaccia and Live-Fire Oyster Bar in the Pergola before the Main Buffet begins. 

Our Chefs always put out generous amounts of food so that there is always more than enough for our guests.  We expect all of you to go back to the buffet as many times as you wish.  After you enjoy the buffet, your waiter will also be serving your dessert and coffee directly at your table--while you relax and watch the sunset, followed by the fireworks display.

For those who do not have a direct view from your garden table, we also have a Fireworks Theater already set up in our private parking area for the end-of-the-evening fireworks show.  The view from our theater is both comfortable and flawless. 

The Fourth of July event is $75.00 per person for adults ($40.00 for those under 21 years.)  The price includes the Fourth of July buffet dinner, a bottle of wine per couple, tax, and tip.  It also includes, as always, a donation to the Sonoma Valley Volunteer Fire Association, which does such a wonderful job of putting on the incredible fireworks.
